Entrance Awards

The University of Manitoba rewards academic excellence with an exciting program of entrance scholarships for recent high school graduates and a wide range of awards for current students who excel within their faculties. Many awards and scholarships are automatically given to students while others require an application through the financial aid and awards office.

Entrance awards that require application:

Direct Entry Scholarship in Actuarial Mathematics

For a student entering via the direct entry option, either the B.Comm. (Hons) degree program in the I.H. Asper School of Business, or the B.Sc. degree program in the Faculty of Science, and who has indicated their intention to pursue a major in Actuarial Mathematics, or Statistics-Actuarial Mathematics.

Canadian Association of Physicists Award

Chancellors’ Scholarship

Department of Mathematics Two Year Entrance Scholarship
