Graduate Programs

The University of Manitoba has an active, internationally-recognized research program with many faculty members being leaders in their respective fields (see our research page). Students interested in exploring academics beyond the basics of undergraduate study can deepen their knowledge and gain targeted cutting-edge expertise through graduate study.

A bedrock of graduate study is close mentorship from an expert researcher – you can expect to meet your mentor regularly, and learn a range of professional and academic skills from them in a more personal way than in undergraduate study.

For specific program entry requirements consult the graduate handbook (policies and forms).
